1. The market in the rural and semi-rural areas that we serve really picked up during March. The videos will give you a pretty good idea of what is happening in each community.

4. The MARCH 2024 sales numbers are not yet out from the Ottawa Board. They should be soon. Once they are I will do a separate video on what those numbers mean and post it on our statistics page with the other videos.

1. Century 21 Canada has approved our home office as a Century 21 office, and we are now registered as a real estate office on the Ottawa Real Estate Board. We continue to cover the same areas as before.

3. The FEBRUARY 2024 sales numbers are out, and some area results are surprising. Market activity picked up around mid-February. Lots of buyers out there now and not much for them to look at and that is good news for sellers. Here is your chance to get the real numbers for many of the rural communities we serve. Lots of variation from town to town, worth watching all of them.
