As we leave 2024 behind and move into 2025 it’s a good idea to look back at the real estate trends in our rural communities. What matters are the facts.

In 2025, there will be lots of guessing at how the market is doing. Media outlets tend to focus on the negative. Real estate organizations, real estate boards and companies highlight the positive.

As a consumer with a financial investment in your home or someone looking to buy a home, you need to ignore the hype from both sides and focus on the facts. This is why I do these videos. It is the facts, just the facts that matter. Those facts will vary from community to community and these videos will help you to better understand the market. I always suggest to look at all of them as towns differ and a broader understanding of the market will help you.
