At our first meeting, Keith was fully prepared with a market assessment of the property we wanted to sell. He gave us wise advice on how to proceed. Interest rates were actively rising during the sale period. Some buyers backed out of deals in progress because of this. Keith was extremely patient during these delays. He provided expert market situation reports every couple of weeks. He updated the listing on realtor.ca to adjust to changing conditions which attracted a steady stream of potential buyers to showings throughout the selling period. Highly recommended.
