A few items for you this time.
- Century 21 Canada has approved our home office as a Century 21 office, and we are now registered as a real estate office on the Ottawa Real Estate Board. We continue to cover the same areas as before.

- The FEBRUARY 2024 sales numbers are out, and some area results are surprising. Market activity picked up around mid-February. Lots of buyers out there now and not much for them to look at and that is good news for sellers. Here is your chance to get the real numbers for many of the rural communities we serve. Lots of variation from town to town, worth watching all of them.
