HOME SALES NUMBERS TO THE END OF SEPTEMBER 2024

The Ottawa Board has released its sales numbers. From what I have seen we have definitely returned to a normal market such as we saw in 2015-2019, before Covid-19. Many of the areas I cover are either in a balanced market or on the edge of moving into one. Very few areas remain a sellers’ market.

This is not a bad thing as it is a more predictable market and works for both buyers and sellers.
