The market in the rural and semi-rural areas that we serve continues to pick up with many areas doing better when compared to last year at this time. The videos will give you a pretty good idea of what is happening in each community.
2 The APRIL 2024 sales numbers are not yet out for the entire Ottawa Board. They should be soon. Once they are published, I will do a separate video on what those numbers mean and post it on our statistics page with the other videos.
